ADAM + NICOLE | ENGAGEMENT AT CYLBURN ARBORETUM | MARYLAND ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

Tomorrow is the big day for Adam + Nicole and as a way to celebrate their last day as fiances, I'm showcasing their Engagement Part II at Cylburn Arboretum today on the blog!

I met up with Adam + Nicole last year for a wedding meeting (almost an exact year from today) and over the course of booking, talking details, shooting engagement sessions, and getting together for chips, guac, and margaritas to talk over their wedding timeline, I have truly come to adore this couple.

This entire experience of being their wedding photographer has given me a chance to appreciate how down-to-earth and real Nicole is; how sweet and easy-going Adam is. Together, the two of them are hilariously entertaining and their connection has this pure "at home" quality, as though the two can conquer the entire world side by side. From client dinners where we've caught up about life, to the first engagement session being sweltering hot and making us all resent Maryland weather, we've always had fun. I always look forward to seeing them and hearing Nicole do an impression of Adam while he shakes his head like he can't believe how much he loves all her crazy. They've been amazing clients, a pair that a photographer dreams of. But most of all, they've been awesome friends.

I know that when times get tough, they'll face it all head-on, never backing down because they fight for what's right, they fight for each other. I know that when times are good, they'll bask in the laughter, soaking in each day surrounded by friends and family because they understand that life isn't guaranteed. They'll root for the O's, remember Adam's proposal every New Year's Eve, and host crazy parties in their beautiful home. I know Nicole will be an amazing wife and Adam will be the best husband. They'll make great parents one day too - if their sweet and loving beagle pup Saylor is any indication of their skills already. When they tie the knot tomorrow, I'll count myself lucky to have been a part of such an incredible time in their lives - the start of their next chapter.
